    Hi,

I'm looking to buy a TV thats 55' Smart UHD HDR. Price range Eur 450-650. Have you anything similar to the LG 55UK6470PLC 55' Smart 4k UHD HDR LED TV?

Is there a benefit in having freesat  or do i still need a dish or can i view by selecting UK as my country?

Do all UHD TVs now have HDR, or what is the benefit in HDR?

In terms of picture quality what is difference between 50Hz and say 1200 or 1300 PQI on a 55' TV?

    Many thanks
    Eamon

    Hi Eamon,

Apologies for the delay getting back to you.

You could go for the LG 55UK6750 at 629 euro which would be a step up over the 64-- series:

The vast majority of UHD TVs have HDR in them which stands for High Dynamic Range and gives better colour contrast and bightness.

In terms of panel frequency and processing the number refers to how many frames a TV can show a second. A higher number would give a smoother picture for fast moving images such as sporting events of panning shots in movies. Some manufacturers use their own measurement technique for motion processing such as PQI so it can be difficult to differentiate between models however the higher the motion processing rate the more frame creation and thus the smoother the image.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David
