Didn't buy one for the first time in years. Saved(won) myself €25. Are we absolutely sure there was a €1m winner? 😉 Like the scratch cards that left out the top prizes or the Lotto jackpot that hasn't been won in 7 months. Or the Lotto Plus 1 and 2 jackpots, in the 120 draws since this current rollover started, there's literally been a handful of winners of the other lower tiered jackpots.

A person in Co. Meath has become Ireland's newest millionaire.

The National Lottery player won the top prize of one million euro in last night's Millionaire Raffle draw.The winning raffle ticket number was 114263.

The National Lottery says it hopes to announce the store where the lucky ticket was sold on Monday.

Four other players in Carlow, Dublin and Tipperary won the other top tier prizes of €100,000 in the New Year’s Eve draw.

Looks like it was somebody from Meath.
