    Wardlow will get a bigger pop than ever after a dozen powerbombs on him tonight.

    I mean he was gonna get a massive pop either way, but now every person in that building is giving as much attention to MJF and the possibility that he's there reluctantly and will overanalyse the match for what it means for his future booking and contract. Instead of it being a decisive win and end of the most consistently booked feud on the card that should be all about Wardlow becoming a singles star and MJF getting his comeuppance.

    The contract stuff would be a murky inclusion that peels back the curtain to an unnecessary degree, especially when Wardlow's contract is already a part of the story, so why would you put in both? As a work it just doesn't make sense to me from a storytelling perspective and that's before getting into any other reasons.

    Do I think they'll spin it into a work? Absolutely.

    It's really unfair on Wardlow if you think about it, his biggest match of his career getting overshadowed like this and when AEW media scrum happens after the PPV, first question of the night will be on MJF instead of most likely a superb show

    It's what everyone is talking about. MJF is making himself out to be an ass, so if Wardlow beats him or vice versa it is the biggest story coming out of DON regardless.


    If its a work...its great. Still in character also.

    Him along with Moxley comes across as guys trying to look cool


    Was watching dynamite with a mate and at the tag he was like who the **** are these guys (Eddie and Mox)

    Barely sold for private party

    I tried to explain why they wouldn't really sell

    And then he was stated well when they win it isn't impressive

    I couldn't argue with that.

    They seem to over act all the time and come across as cringey

    The Bucks/Hardys was grand, pretty much what I expected, but it was enjoyable.
