    One I definitely haven't seen since I was at school when we had "children's hour" long before 24 hr children's TV The Beverly Hillbillies used to love it.

    Although come to think of it I can't remember what time of day it was on?

    I still remember the name of the dude with the white hair flowing to his feet... Maestro.

    It was originally a French series, if you have TV5 on Virgin Media they sometimes show episodes, but no subtitles :(

    There was also a history version of it, starting with caveman era, moving through the Romans and French Revolution etc etc
    The same characters appeared across all era.
    The bad guy was a little red haired guy with stampy feet.
