Unable to enter Huawei b315s unlock code

    Hi, I got the unlock code from Eir for my Huawei b315s
    but when I swap sim's I cant access the admin panel.
    It asks for the unlock code and instantly the pop up window appears asking for the user and password.
    Its usually "admin" for both fields but after swapping the sim its not accepting  them.
    Any ideas?

    My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Sorry to hear you're having problems unlocking your phone. 

    Could you PM the following details?
    1. Your Name
    2. Your Address
    3. Your DOB
    4. Are you the account holder? 
    5. Account Number
    6. Mobile Number
    7. IMEI of your phone and the unlocking code you were given

    As soon as I receive this information I can look into this for you
