Eir Sim-Only Contract Length

I was an existing billpay sim-only customer when I changed my sim-only plan on 07/08/2018.

The email I received confirming the plan change refers to a 12-month contract length.

Eir's mobile billpay terms and conditions refer to a minimum 30-day contract for sim-only plans:

    https://www.eir.ie/opencms/export/sites/default/.content/pdf/terms/eirmobile/eir_mobile_bill_pay_terms.pdf

I've read elsewhere (https://www.boards.ie/ttfthread/2057882265) that I should ignore the contract length quoted in the confirmation email as Eir's systems can't accommodate the 30-day contract length.

Can an Eir rep confirm that the minimum contract length for the Eir Mobile Complete sim-only plan is 30 days and not the 12 months referred to in the email I received?

    Liam

    Hi Liam,

I can confirm that the eir Mobile Complete SIM-Only plan is a 30 day rolling contract, you are not tied to a 12 month contract.
