Broadband Speed half what my profile is supposed to achieve

    You[12:13:11] Hi. I am on eir fibre bundle - 300 mbps download plan but am only receiving 150 down. I reset my modem last night and have checked speeds on Eirs own broadband speed tool on hardwired 1gigabit network card pc. Can you please advise my options

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your service. 

    The best people to report this too is our support team on 1890 260 260. They will troubleshoot with you to identify the issue and resolve it.
