Was a pleasure to be the inaugural guest on a new Irish podcast called Salt of the Earth which is about food, farming and business.
Just as im posting this I’m remembering how much fun it was posting on the farming board when I was looking to do my initial tests, and the amount of abuse I got from the lads there. I think the thread got closed as I was deemed to be a bit of a gob****e . I suppose the jury is still out on that, but the Feed business is progressing!

Nice interview Gavin .. Lots of golden nuggets in business management packed in there. I loved that "vertical integration " term. "The Circular economy" is key and must quickly become more of a business structure term, than a trendy political term.
