    I pre-ordered from them a few months ago. Thought nothing of it until a few weeks ago when I was wondering when the order will actually be processed. Searched quite a bit online and seems plenty of people having the same issue. Quite a number of people have placed a pre order with, what seems like, no hope of delivery. I have e-mailed them and contacted the registered owner Simon Flaherty, public knowledge on solocheck - https://www.solocheck.ie/Irish-Company/Ahherenow-Limited-580077 to no avail.

    I'm wondering what next steps are here considering it seems like they will continue to take "pre-orders" but never actually deliver. I should have done a chargeback at the time, however I didn't realize what was happening but also I want to ensure this doesn't happen to people going forward.

    AFAIK you have 120 days after expected delivery date to raise a charge back request with your bank.

    Their web site says ....
    AHHERENOW IS SOLD OUT

    You can still pre-order at a reduced price however for the next batch which will ship mid-2018.

    i'd say they are well and truly gone.
