Two "numbers on this portfolio"

    When I log in to my.eir I get this message:

    Numbers on this profile:
    XXX-XXX9999                             ( I have changed the real number)
    Numbers on this profile:
    XXXXXXXX
    and asked to pick one.

    How do I find out what the second number is; or remove it; or set a cookie so it remembers the first choice every time?

    This happened to me after the merging of the eir and meteor websites. You have two profiles on the same email address. I think the one with XXXXXX means it's a profile with no phones attached. If you can login, you should be able to delete it, and then you will only have the profile with the phone, and no longer get prompted.

    If you can't fix it yourself, go on the online chat and ask them to fix it for you. I think they should be able to do it.

    Thank you. I tried logging in the XXX number and get " Your account is temporarily locked." Looks like I need to get on to support.

    Oh. "Sorry, chat is not currently available"
