Is there general rates for glazing, walls, roof, sub floor, floor etc? I'll have my own engineer/architect so will keep that separate. Looking at a 40 sq. m single…

Looking at a 40 sq. m single storey extension with approx 50% block work and 50% glazing. Approx 500mm level difference between FFL and GL. Will need an RSJ to open up kitchen (approx 5m) and struts for glazing/roof support.
