Don't pay mortgage for first 3 months

    Hi guys

    I recently drew down my mortgage and first payment is due towards end of this month. However I see it is advertised that first time buyers ( which I am) have option of not paying for first 3 months. I can't seem to find any info anywhere. Can I still avail of this? Is there a penalty etc. Be very handy as trying to get bits for the new place. Thanks

    Thanks for getting back to me John but link doesn't help me as it is not relevant. The payment break linked can only be got if drawn down 2 years. I am seeking info regarding first 3 months as you are advertising. I will call the number thanks
