Why is a 0-0 draw being framed as better for the away team in a competition that counts away goals as more valuable?

We literally need 1 goal in the next leg and then a draw wins it for us.

Not a bad result. Scored draw in Munich is enough now, not a bad scenario to be in.

Still only have eyes for the league though, advancing far into the UCL would be a bonus this season.
