Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

West Ham fans shouting for handball when Van Dijk blocks it with his foot...that’s Everton level bad.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,510 ✭✭✭✭noodler

    This is an annoying game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,843 ✭✭✭✭yourdeadwright

Keita the fans replacement for Karius.....suppose they both start with

Hes just been pretty crap since he joined its ok to tell the truth ,

He is one of many who havent played well. VVD, Firmino, Salah, Robertson, Shaq....the list goes on. They have all had a dip in performance levels since the turn of the year.

Football is a team sport....Keita is not the team.

But hes a part of the team , gave it away for the free then awful defending

I was thinking he held it too long, Robertson had to check his run

This high line at set pieces is a mess.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,348 ✭✭✭✭ricero

Set piece defending is gone to pot

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,510 ✭✭✭✭noodler

We are a shambles back there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,983 ✭✭✭✭NukaCola

Should probably stop the high line thing, I think West Ham have figured it out......

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Gone to f**k form wise. Look anonymous in midfield and a total mess at the back.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,404 ✭✭✭✭Vicxas

What the actual fcuk is going on with our defence!?!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Actually looked like Keita was playing them on there.

Chaos at every free kick either way.

I think Keita was the one who dropped deep playing him on :o

What I don't get is why Liverpool are stood there when the whistle is blown - push up!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,629 ✭✭✭magma69

Shambolic defense here. Definitely deserve to be losing. Roll on half time.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,872 ✭✭✭Dickerty

Another marginal offside missed, two WH players probably offside when ball is played...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,775 ✭✭✭✭Slattsy

Pelligrini outsmarting Klopp here big time. Changes required.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,791 ✭✭✭✭Charlie19

I thought Rice was off on that occasion.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,629 ✭✭✭magma69

Wij is such a big loss. Such an underrated player.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,295 ✭✭✭✭citytillidie

Another dodgy ref is seems what is fouls by Liverpool is not fouls by West Ham

He wasnt alone when defending....he went to go into a 2 man wall and was told to go back by Alison. Clear the lad still hasnt found his position in the team. Something typical for first season players in Klopps setups...many other examples.

You can see with the anticipation and the way he glides around, the way he turns, how much quality there's buried in there with Keita.

He's been unlucky with the way he hasn't had a chance to get a good run if games.

For all the praise Fabinho, Wijnaldum get, and Henderson should, their roles are more limited than what we expect of Keita. Finding the balance in forcing play without pantsing our defence is hard enough, but having to come back into a fairly settled midfield system off the back of a lack of fitness and form makes it trickier.

    He's also quite young.

    He has loads of time.

I suspect they'll address that in the changing room at half time!
Might also see Shaq on pretty quickly for Keita.

Dont trust this linesman in the second half

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

    Linesman having a mare.

That linesman is an incompetent fool.

I hate to say it but our players cant cope with pressure since our chance have been talked up we have buckeled ,
Every time weve had a chance of glory under Jurgen we bottle it , 3 cup finals now we look clueless ,
2 lads let slip so easy in 5 days,

Really? Are you watching this match at all?

We score a goal from one of the worst decisions you will ever see and the usual suspects are still whinging about the officiating.

Mane blatantly fouled Fredericks that led to the free kick for that chance at the end.

    Give it up for once.

Officials have nothing to do with this performance.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 40,061 ✭✭✭✭Harry Palmr

That lineo is having a disaster of a half, Liverpool's is no better.

has anyone memories of an assistant ref being subbed at half time? :D

He's not that young, not an inexperienced player! And he cost top-tier money, it's been 7 months. No excuse for some of the poor decision making and lack of concentration. And saying he has loads of time is fine, if we are talking about Camacho, Woodburn or Jones...

Critical 45 coming up. I’d be very worried the psychological damage a failure to get the 3 points would do.

"Feeling the heat in this title race."

This isn't some pub side you plum.

People have lost their ****ing minds if they think dropping points ever is tantamount to bottling it.

Hes also been awful , cant see him playing much when everyone os fit and Ox is back ,
The fact is hes done nothing to deserve a run in the team

Milner at RB and Matip at CB.....
