Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Since Pie is now being rolled out of these phones. Is there any ETA as to when Eir will be releasing their firmware for this?

    Hi there morritty.

We have not received any update in regards to when this update will be available as of yet, the rollout is underway across Europe so it could be soon.

I would recommend going into your device setting's and manually checking if the software update is available, as the release date will vary depending on each device.

    Thank you.

Would it be possible to update this thread if you hear anything about testing the software at least so myself and others will know to expect something soon

That's ridiculous (not blaming you). Considering Vodafone and Three have already pushed their updates out now.

It's extremely frustrating. My handset is unbranded so I can't fathom what the delay is. Surely an eir engineer can give us a more specific answer

You didn't buy from eir? If so they wont be the one releasing the firmware to you.

To be honest, I think I'll just flash Stock UK/Ireland firmware to my phone at this stage as it make no sense how VF and 3 have pushed theirs out, but eir "haven't" got the update yet?

My handset is from eir but it's now unlocked. When I say unbranded I mean there is no eir boot up logo or eir apps

Neither does mine, but its still Eir firmware loaded to the phone.
