Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

advice re credit on Eir phone bill

    Hi i just want to find out about a credit of €20.96 on my phone bill. I cant get through to speak to customer service.

    If you could PM the following details I can check this for you?
    1. Your Full Name
    2. Your Address
    3. Your DOB
    4. Account Number
    5. Are you the account holder? 

    As soon as I get this I can check if this is a refund.

    Grainne I’ve sent you another PM. Can you please read my original message. I have not requested a refund rather was enquiring what “Miscellaneous credit” on my bill of €20.96 is about.
