Switching to EIR business

    We recently switched to Eir as a result of an attractive pricing package offered by their
    sales rep.
    Unfortunately it has been a nightmare.
    There have been problems with connecting up the mobiles.
    The invoice price has been completely at odds with the quote.
    They apologised for the errors but then cut us off without warning. !!
    It takes up to 24 hours to reconnect even though it was their mistake. !!
    Three months after the switch it is still not complete and their charges
    are all over the place.
    Has anyone else has these issues ?
