Xpelair kitchen extractor fan (8" x 8" ) stockists?

We have an old Xpelair fan, square in shape, built into the kitchen wall, but which is starting to catch somewhat now, and is making a lot of noise as a result. Screwfix appears to sell them online, but if any hardware shops in the Munster area stock them, I would be greatly appreciative to know.
