Drawdown and Probation

    Hi all,

My wife and I recently found our dream home and just got sale agreed on it. We're both on the tail end of our probations (March), so couldn't be happier to make this house happen.

Then tonight my wife (a nurse) comes home in bits. Somewhere there was a misunderstanding on her part, her HSE contract is 12 months probation. Not 6.

Are we going to lose our house? Does anyone know any bank that could play ball with us? Can she get any kind of letter from work to appease them? Or could we even appeal to common sense; she's a HSE nurse, she's not going anywhere (that's a real hail Mary, I'll grant).

Please, any help would be amazing.
