Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Team,
I'm at a bit of an impasse. I signed up in December for BB, PH and TV. My billing and service provision is incorrect.
I've talked to web chat - obviously that was a complete waste of time which resulted in being told to phone CS.
I've tried to phone CS multiple times, but obviously it's impossible to talk to anyone.
went through your official complaints process and logged a complaint (https://www.eir.ie/complaints/) - nothing at all happened with this, you ignored your own code of practice and escalation process.
There is not much point going to Comreg as they will want me to engage with Eir, but I can't engage with Eir as you won’t respond.

So what I'm next is just going directly to the small claims court, and putting in a complaint for the cost of the delta of the incorrect service / billing. (it's probably less than a couple of hundred for the year)

If you are aware of any more efficient or appropriate way of communicating with you, outside of a court environment, e.g. call back, email etc. please let me know.

I'm not a massively angry customer, I don't want Eir to suffer, I don't hate Eir or anyone in it. To be honest I'm not even mildly angry..... it's just I can't get you to answer the phone, or engage or provide customer service in any way. So it would literally be easier to pay the incorrect amount and just use SCC to get it back.....

Looking forward to your response, enjoy the weekend, and hope that you are not personally impacted by the current Eir "restructuring" which is obviously a major factor in the current situation.
