    My account was changed from a bill plan to sim only one without me getting notified a few months back. I now cannot get an upgrade and am treated effectively like a new customer. can you help.

    Sorry to hear about your plan was changed without you being notified. I will certainly look into this. 

    Could you PM the following details?
    1. Your Mobile Number
    2. Your Account Number
    3. Your DOB
    4. Your PIN Number
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
    6. Your full name

    As soon as I get this information I can assist you
