Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We moved homes and eir came and set up a new account with a new router.

The old router is around 4 years old and is in our old house. We were sent a letter looking for it back or we would be charged 65. Why? What would you do with an old modem? It's not even worth the price of being picked up let alone 65

Firstly we didn't cancel any service we moved house ad stayed with you. At no point during this process did anyone inform us we would have to give back the old router. Besides the point that he old router is virtually worthless ad not worth the 59 euro we would have to pay, we can't find it and may still be in our old house. Please can your agents inform people of this before they move

All you have to do is print off the label and ask for it to be picked up. It is one operation that worked absolutely painlessly for us. Eir will pay for the return, what's the harm?
