Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Eir Sport Online: "You have used your 1 monthly swap" - Like this since November

    Hello,

    I've been trying to watch Eir Sport online for a while now.

    I normally watch it on my iPad but can't seem to get it going online.

    Every time I sign in it says "You have used your 1 monthly swap. Please wait till next month and try again."

    Currently only 1 device is being used but it has been saying this now since mid November. 

    I had this problem before and someone on here kindly resolved it for me but it seems to have got stuck again.

    I had that issue a while back. Have them a call and they reset the account and it was back to normal
