Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

77 with Raheem to play (and Bennett if Raheem doesn't feature)

Etheridge, Digne, and Salah were the stars of the show, with honourable mentions to Robertson and Holebas.

Pretty insane alright. Think they said it was the most saves by a gk this season in the premier league which makes the fact they were all in one half even more ridiculous!

54 with Sané left. My Friday night switching of Salah (c) to Auba (c) and Schindler out for Snodgrass cost me 13 points in what's turning out to be a very frustrating season for me after such a promising start.

59 with Jiménez to go. If City don't run riot, I should have a half-decent week for the first time in a while.

40 with Sane (c) to go

61(-4) with sterling(C) and sane to go suprised the average is so low this week

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,184 ✭✭✭✭Pighead

55 with Sterling (C) to go. Never ever thought I'd say this and these words have probably never been typed in this forum before but......Shane Long saved my bacon this week. Turned a poor week into an ok one. If Sterling goes mad tonight that ok will be upgraded to very good!

Even though Schindler served his suspension in the cup game, I felt I had to put him 3rd sub to show him that his discipline issues would not be tolerated. Couldn't afford to look the other way on this one despite the appealing fixture. I had to send a message to the rest if the squad too.

What I would give for that. I reckon I wont put myself through the torture and will just turn the phone off till 10.

Captain Kun on bench, will be Salah if he doesn’t feature with Doherty subbing in

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,015 ✭✭✭shmeee

We all know Kun will come on for a run around. Will dust anyone who’ve him cpt and Salah Vice.

Will benefit me as others in my ML have exactly that done.

If he came on at 60 and nicked a goal I’d be happy as I took out Kane for him this week

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,015 ✭✭✭shmeee

Pep basically said Kun will play a few mins there now in the pre-match interview.

    So what’s a few? 10?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,815 ✭✭✭bantee

    Lol he’s some troll

I'm seriously considering if they are.

Pick one and stick. I've picked Sterling. Sané is the other similar choice.

David Silva is the another one for a somewhat cheaper option. Honestly, I think they're your only viable options and will be rotated the least*.

*As compared to Mahrez, Bernarndo Silva, Aguero, and Jesus anyway.

That's just my opinion though. :)

Will see how Sterling/Sane play tonight, being 5 GW's since I've had a city player and it's worked out very well, Kane/Son situation means I have the cash if needs be.

    City1 Jesus (sane)

    Sane to Jesus

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,015 ✭✭✭shmeee

That was so easy for City.

    Points

    Nice

Was hoping for Jesus to have a mare which would mean Aguero would likely start the next game and would still be a viable Kane replacement, looks like I'll be disappointed again. Jesus can't be relied on and could lose his place very easily so not a good alternative.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,816 ✭✭✭✭Ace2007

Jesus in great scoring form at the moment, could see Agueros time limited especially with some big games for city coming up

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,303 ✭✭✭✭Father Hernandez

    This Kane injury....

To Aguero or not Aguero will be some pain

Great, City's attack vs 10 men.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,911 ✭✭✭tailgunner

With no City players, I was already watching this between my fingers. Now I'm going full Birdbox.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,358 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

Surely City can keep a fúcking clean sheet from here.

Almost a Wolves goal there. Clean sheets never a certainty with City.
