Usage question

    Hello,
    I get the following minutes on Bill Pay:
    - 200 anytime mobile & landline domestic and Europe roam minutes
    - Unlimited eir mobile domestic minutes

    My usage for the month shows:
    147 / 200 mins

    Yet, when I look at all the minutes used, almost all of the 147 is to Eir Mobiles. Shouldn't this be covered by the "Unlimited eir mobile domestic minutes"? 

    Can this please be looked into? Tried calling you toddy, and of course you are closed- was directed to online chat. Tried that, and eventually when that connected, the guy told me to call you. 

    This is some horrific customer service - lets hope its better on here.
