been away but sill have an Irish account in case of a return. BOI charge €5 a quarter just to have an account, and more if you use the card. Any banks that don't?

N26 --> Free option - online only.
PTSB --> Free provided you make frequent use of your debit card.
EBS --> Free but no contactless, no app and feature-less online banking.
KBC --> Free if you deposit at least 2,500 EUR per month into your current account.
