Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Commencement Notice Issue

    Hi,

I'm looking to submit my Commencement Notice with Opt Out, however in the Nominate roles section for 'Builder' when I enter the Builders email address I get an error message saying "User you've entered is not valid". Also I am unable to type anything into the First Name and Last Name sections.

Anyone have similar issues in lodging a notice or know how to resolve this? It seems I can appoint myself as the Builder but obviously I want to assign the actual Builder.

You cannot edit the first and last names of the builder. You must put in a registered email address for the builder and it will auto populate the builders names, address and contact details if he is registered with the BCMS.

Maybe the builder is not registered on the BCMS?

Yes, I suspect this is the case or that he has used another email address to register on it. I will find out.

If the builder is not registered is it difficult for him to do so?

Was a different email address. Sorted, thanks.

Hi, In my case my client registered with the BCMS using her email. When I insert the email her name does not appear!! Assistance if possible. Thanks

Are you the builder, designer or building owner?
    Who set up the Notice?
