    Is it possible to get a small mortgage(with down payment) with an Irish bank if I do not live in Ireland?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.
    There has been some changes to our policies recently so I'm just checking with the relevant department on whether we would still offer a mortgage like this. As soon as I get a reply I'll let you know here.
