Although we should know that what all can come our way when we start something afresh. Some of the challenges in food truck operations are as follows:

Extreme conditions: As food truck is a road business and weather plays a vital role in its operations and to pull out the customers. So we should have a plan beforehand before we start operations.

Location: It is not always possible that our startup would be a success on the location we earlier chose for so we must have plan B and plan C in many cases just to keep running.

Pricing: The biggest challenge I have seen is when we try and manage the quality and better taste than what pricing do we sell our stuff on becoming our biggest problem and if reduce our costs than quality takes the toll. So to run a substantial business model is just a matter of individual experience only. You know your customer, the quality and the checkpoint beyond which you cannot go and sell.

Staff: To hold on to the staff who make the best of your menu and your dream is another challenge in this industry, just try and work on recipes either as it would not be depended on any individual but grammage and recipes which any cooking master can maintain the same.

To deal with locals and government officials is another challenge in this field and we should have all our contacts handy to upkeep the truck on road.
