Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Standard delivery to Ireland is just under £6.

Thanks, just ordered 2 of everything. No idea about quality but if I assume they are each only worth £1 I can't be too disappointed if they're poor.

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

That's brilliant. I don't know how good this stuff is but for EUR15 delivered I got one pair thermal pants, two thermal tops and 5 thermal t-shirts. Can't go very wrong there :)

Just had a quick look on Amazon and the Campri base layers seem to get 4 star reviews on average, so must be half decent!

Thanks, OP. I bought some for the family and it's a great bargain :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,475 ✭✭✭Ryath

Thanks op bought enough for the family! Hopefully the base layers are good enough for the kids for football training. At the least they should do for a light bit of hill walking and at worst they'll make good tops for sleeping in when camping.

Are these any good for running?

Sorry for talking out of turn but is everything 100% polyester?

I'd love to get some nice cheap thermals as according to the internet snow coming on Tuesday .

Not necessarily for 1 euro but with more natural fibers like cotton as I know from past polyester purchases that I'm too much of a Sweaty Betty to try these.

Thanks OP, good find for most people

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,246 ✭✭✭✭Hurrache

If you're sweaty then the worse thing you can get as a baselayer is cotton, it just holds the moisture. Hence baselayers usually being man made fibres or wool which wicks away moisture and dries quicker.

I got an email to say my order was cancelled as the ladies thermal leggings in the size I ordered are now out of the stock. They didn't specify if it was the whole order cancelled or just amended. The wording was a bit vague but it's still listed as "processing" on the order status page.
