Need help with a PC build!

Hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice on a gaming PC.
My budget is ~€800 - €1000, mainly used for gaming but just general use also.

its just the PC I'm looking for atm, I can get a monitor.

I dont really care about 1440 / 4k gaming. 1080p gaming is fine. I would like RGB lighting but nothing too crazy and a case with a glass side panel would be nice

2 CPU coolers in the list - only choose AMD Wraith (air) or ML120L (water). Both RGB.

RX 590 is the best GPU I could fit in under budget, however GTX 1060 6Gb is very good too, and about 77eur cheaper.

Jaysus thats detailed hahaha, anything more along the lines of Intel for the processor though?

Intel processors are simply worse value long term right now.
