Spam disguised as customer Care

Just a note to anyone who has received an email from Bank of Ireland entitled 'tell us how we are doing' and purporting to be a feedback survey. This is in fact nothing of the sort but instead an ad for a new credit card masquerading as customer satisfaction feedback. Disgraceful stuff.
