    Hi a few questions in regards to a self employed mortgage. Looking to buy a site and self build
    - how much deposit is generally required?
    -what is the percentage of each drawdown? Site purchase, foundations etc
    -is there a time limit to complete build?
    -is there an option to opt out of engineer sign off?
