    Hi

    I had 2 accounts with eir. I received my latest bills and it shows I am still owed money,
    can I get this transaction processed?

    Could you PM the following details and I can look into the refund? 
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 

    Once I get this information I will check if the refund has been processed.
