Tbh for games like rocket league and foot ball manager you don't need anything fancy.

A website I recently learned about on here called CCL have some reasonably priced prebuild systems that will fit your needs and budget.

You can also have a look on adverts, Facebook market etc for people selling their systems. Some good deals to be gotten at times.

If you find something, post it here and we can let you know if its good value

What about buying the system posted on the PC Bargain Thread? Its £499 for the full system. So around €570-580.

There are about 15 or so full time system builders on Adverts, most with all green feedback, I'm sure someone here could point you to one or two.
Make one an offer on an ad just for PM, and tell him what you want.
