Hi folks , ongoing repeated issue with banking 365 on laptop (windows10).

    Issues are

Sometimes takes 3/4 attempts to log in.

When I get in and choose a function for example view statements I get logged out.

This is a recurring issue on laptop only, laptop is new and full anti virus etc.

This issue is not solved by logging out and in again and Java is enabled.

    Any ideas?

    Hi dbrunson,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

It may be your internet browser settings.

Can I first ask you to try clearing your internet history and cookies.

If that does not work can I ask you to try a different internet browser.

Please let us know how you get on.

    Thanks,

    Lorna

    Hi dbrunson,

We have checked this with our support team and they’ve advised you can resolve this by using compatibility mode.

To do this, you click on the tools drop down menu on the command bar at the top of the browser.

On the tools drop down menu click on compatibility view settings. Type www.365online.com into the ‘add this website’ window and click on Add.

At that point 365online.com will appear in the window below. Click on close.

Next time you login into 365 online the problem will be resolved.

    Many Thanks.

    John
