BOI ignore my request for house deeds

    Six weeks have passed since I requested  BOI Securities Operations (Vacant Term) to send me the deed of my house. Not only have I not received the deeds, they don't have the manners to even acknowledge receipt of my request.

    Thank YOU for getting back to me..     I tracked it down today.  It's waiting for some final 'file approval' or other.  Said I will have it next week by reg post.
