    Hi,


    I understand premiums are considered TAX free.



    What about the below?



    • If you thinned a forest and received a grant for the road is tax free? or declared as taxable income (circa 10K, road cost more)
    • Sale of thinning s (less than 3K)

    From my reading they both are. If so can you claim the expenses of the road for example against other income?
