Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Waiting for hotel confirmation Pigsback

    It is my first time using Pigsback when I saw a deal for two nights hotel stay. So I paid the voucher after seeing the available days.

    I was surprised to see that I have to wait for the hotel to confirm the deal. This could take up to 24-48 hours.

    Surely if they've advertised the deal and advertised the available dates that taken payment I shouldn't have to wait so long?

    I presume the hotel could bide their time and get bookings by alternative methods and then say sorry, not available?

    Wouldn't worry about it. We've used those Pigsback deals a fair few times, and there's never been an issue. I presume that's just the process they have to go through, on the off-chance that the actual hotel availability isn't 100% 'talking to' the calendar you see on the Pigsback site. But again, we've never had a problem with it. Maybe let us know here if it works out okay for you too?

    Yeah the booking is fine. I didn't get the confirmation until I gave them a call.
