    Ninja Snow Wednesday Thursday.

What’s the best way to describe ninja snow?

Actually turned heavy in cork and is currently sticking to the grass and cars. Dry snow it seems too, similar to when it started falling last year.

Snowing in Douglas. Not sticking, ground is already wet.

Right over the city now. Still very wet but it's heavy enough that it's starting to settle on cars

    For Thursday? And south only?

Nothing reaching Meath here today. All precip fades out as it approaches the east.

    Sleet shower now in cork.

Edit: radio just said lying snow in mallow. Still find it amazing the differences in a short few km

Edit edit: snow now, wet but blowing in the wind. Temp dropped to 1 degree from 3

I’ve been at my parents house all day, gazing out the window longing for snow.

Get in the jeep to head the 4 miles home and halfway there - pure white! Come through the village and it all looks lovely. Then turn into my road and nothing. Just an ickle dusting on the roof :(

The sky has become ashen in Clonmel

We had a heavy shower around 3.30. It covered the main roads temporarily and has given a coating which has remained on the grass. It was 0 while it was snowing and temp has recovered to 2. Plenty heavy showers to come by the look of it. I would at least expect 1-2 cms on the ground here by morning. Maybe more. East Kerry/north cork border. Rathmore. 150 m asl

Some of the hills are white in west Kilkenny. The shower avoided the hills north of the city.

I not surprised, Siobhan was on the weather at 4 pm . Thursday forecast was a mini ramp of sorts.
    Tonight's forecast could be interesting

Harmonie looks to show from North Cork upwards as snow which is awesome! Hopefully the cold corrects a bit south so we get it in the city but other then that looking forward to the pictures :p
