Remote control stopped working.

    Hi,bought a sony bravia 8096 on black friday so I have it less than 8 weeks.
    Remote was working fine one minute and stopped working completely all of a sudden.
    I have tried changing the batteries and also tried it on anothanother TV but it's completely dead.
    It has not been dropped or otherwise damaged.
    Is it covered under warranty?

    Hi Blade1.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with your remote.

    Remotes are usually not covered by warranty but as this is a new product a few months old we will be able to get you a replacement remote.

    If you could email our service team on Service@Richersounds.ie and drop them your name and the details of the fault and they will look after things for you. (Also drop your board ID in the email they know your a boardie ;) )

    Hi Kenny.
    I googled how to reset remote and it has sorted it.
    So all sorted hopefully!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
