Hi, I've been having issue with my 4G connection for ages now.

    I have so far:
    - Reset my phone and network settings to default
    - Replaced the SIM card twice in my local eir store
    - Tried out the SIM card on different 4G devices.

Your technical support team seems to have no solution apart from telling me to restart my handset or exchange my SIM card for a new one.

    3G Speeds are in order.

    3G Download: 15.5 Mb/s
    3G Upload: 1.98 Mb/s

    4G Download: Between 2-11 Mb/s
    4G Upload: 12.2 Mb/s

Is there any solution to this or am I forced to switch providers at this stage?

Latest speed tests done with Ookla’s Speedtest app.

The device is an iPhone 6S Plus.

Spotify on 4G is constantly dropping connection or buffering tracks. It’s fine on 3G.
