Hi there

I have a number of loans with Avantcard which I would like to restructure into one loan with a 5 year term due to financial difficulties. I'm not sure what the best way to go about this is as I rang them and they said to apply for a refinancing loan on their website. I did this but it was declined, I think because they assessed it as new credit rather than a refinance.

They don't seem to have contact points other than their website and phone lines for applying for loans. Would I be better writing to them?
