He was on a landline according to Ray but the fault was at Terry’s side!!!

    Seemed totally disinterested..

Ah ok, i missed that bit. Stand corrected.

“Having one of those days” as the pre quiz music failed to fire. Just an hour after the intro didn’t work either. Content is bad, production even worse.

Terry tells him early on in the interview that he's on his own as his wife is in London to be near children and granchildren.

One or two more questions and Ray asks Terry where his wife is.

I think Terry copped on early and initiated the bad line.

How is it possible to get the intro wrong every single day.

    Well done Ray (400k p.a.)
All I got out of that interview with the Icelandic <cancelled eurovision> singer was his age, what his da works at and that his daughter is almost 1.

He had a woman on from England yesterday talking about death for about 20 minutes. Had to switch off, just can not take much more of it right now.

I met a guy many years ago; he’d just come back from the Rio carnival. He had a faraway look in his eyes. He said that Rio was fantastic. If you tripped over, a woman would be underneath you before you hit the ground. (Sorry!)

He was best known as a piper but he was a handy fiddle player as well.

Watched Nationwide last evening hoping for a bit of light relief, after the news, . Undertakers, anbalmers and mourners etc.

Jaysus lads , lay off the death a little bit.

OT, but I have to commend RTE on their music offering from John Creedon till midnight. John Kenny and someone who's name I can't think of now.

I agree with that point on the dogs- in my experience the dogs are taking priority over pedestrians on the footpaths at the moment.

Its really difficult to believe that this is not his first day on the radio. He is absolutely useless. Stopping ,starting interrupting, umming and ahhing. ;)

The 'ah-Hah' is Ray's trademark sound - the light switching on somewhere we know not where.

Like the simpering 'oo's and 'aaa's from Miriam is her soundtrack.

    Then there's 'kindness'..

And Creedon with his 'no pressure' BUT twitter me anyway.

  • Registered Users Posts: 25,420 ✭✭✭✭sligojoek

he's worse than Barney the dinosaur with his "big hugs".

Anyway else find it kinda odd that Ray, with his rather large fees is looking for the public to fund his press ups. Bit tone deaf if you ask me.

All for people giving to charity but he should have deep enough pockets tp be flathulach without sticking out the hand.
