He wanted to keep it somewhat vague, and didn't want to get into too much detail about his time as a medic. The interesting part of that time of his life wasn't the healing it was the puzzles that sometimes presented themselves in people's symptoms. He always had a hard time trying to put the more out-there theories (like the Asian giant hornet) to the back of his mind.

Listening in Alexander hears nobody on the other side of the engine room door.

Eli looks up and down Meryl, the name and the face are familiar....but distant, perhaps they have crossed paths in the past. Not working for anyone she says hmm not sure about that, maybe Eli shouldnt be so forthcoming with his HAMMER credentials.

Eli thinks - Shes knows the crapping trick...obviously she has moved a body before, he looks over his shoulder and sets off with a grunt...trying all the while to raise the level of the unconscious body higher so crap wont roll down his arms...

Well I think we should go with your plan then. I thought we could use his belt and tie it around his neck. You hold onto the end of the belt and jump over to the next carriage. Then you drag and I push until he looks like a human bridge. Then I jump over and we drag him across.

But we could inadvertently kill him so maybe your idea is better. I’ll lower him onto your shoulders, jump over, you then push him up as far as you can while I pull.

He lifts the suitcase and walks into the bathroom. He comes out shortly afterward without the suitcase.

"Sorry, something important I'm carrying. I have to check up on it every once in a while"

He sits back down.

Alexander slips in. He can see the cockpit up ahead of him down the narrow corridor he has entered. About him are maintenance hatches to different components of the engine itself. Six in total, three on each side of the corridor.

The cockpit is separated from this corridor by a heavy looking metal door.

Alexander considers the maintenance hatches. He inspectsvthem then picks several that have electrical elements of the train and opens them, then liberally pulls out wiring in each. That should stop the train and disable radio comma for a bit he thinks.

As the train slows he scuttles back out, throwing the wires out an open carriage window and quickly heads back in the direction of his cabin

In the last hatch he opens, Alexander finds a silenced pistol and a small bomb, the latter having a note in Russian "If needed".

Alexander makes it out of the engine without being seen and returns to his cabin.
