Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    Last month I added the €9.99 Sim only deal to the current €40.00 BB/home phone package I was on. I recently decided not to continue with the Sim only deal.

    I subsequently received an email stating my overall BB/Home package has increased to €59.99 ???????

    Can someone look into this?

    Hi, this hasn't been fixed, in fact it appears my next bill is higher than I've quoted above, somehow.
