Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I’m also looking for contract renewal date. 1901 has 30+ minute hold time. Can you help ?

    I only have mobile phones from Eir, and I can see the minimum contract on MyEir.
    Not sure if same works for broadband or home phone subscriptions.

    1. Account name
    2. Account number
    3. Can you confirm if you're the account holder?
