Hey, my partner and I are looking at potentially buying a house here. Can anyone provide feedback on living in the area; build quality, community etc?

The whole Kinsealy area is very nice and quiet. Its great as you get the best of two worlds with easy access to the M1 and also a short drive to Portmarnock train station if you work in town.

There are also two schools in the area along with a pub which does nice food, a Spar and a chemist.

In terms of build I live in the older houses which are absolutely fine but maybe someone here can talk about the newer builds but I think they are fine too.

There is a Kinsealy/Drynam Facebook group too if you want to join.

    Best of luck either way.
