Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

since 17th january i have been unable to make calls or receive calls. went into eir store, they did a sim swap and other checks , same issue. was told my issue would be passed to IT dept. it is now 31st january, and it hasnt been solved. got onto them on twitter, was told ring customer service( cant make calls). used work and friends phone over past few days , cant get through to them, on hold for over 30 mins every time. by this time im angry and frustrated. all i want is an answer is when it will be sorted and am i going to be charged full price for a service im not getting. i formally emailed a customer complaint 4 days ago. the auto return email says ill get an answer within 5 working days (yea right)... i will go to comreg over this. i also gave thought ro not payin my next bill, but they will just cut me off completely. has anyone any advice on how i should be dealing with this?? are eir breaking their side of the contract between us?? have wasted at least 2 hours per day the past few days an unable to get through. my contract is up in august, i most certainly wont be renewing with eir

Comreg wont deal with it until you complete the complaint process first and have reference number to give them.

Just port to another provider - keep your existing number and just remove the problem (EIR)

believe it or not , i got through to eir this morning. was then put on hold for nearly 30 mins, was then told it would be another week before its sorted. but unexpectedly, this issue is sorted. i received a call from a friend or i wouldnt have known, as i didnt turn my phone on amd off to check.... amd i rang back to tell it was sorted amd my account has been credited. my issue is sorted but still doesnt excuse eirs treatment of their customers. the guy on the phone today said they were well under staffed , thats why it took agaes amd ages to get through
