    Hi All
    Has anyone an idea of what it would cost for a report detailing the likely noise levels generated by a proposed development ? Asked by CoCo in planning application.

    Last one I got done was 6.5k +VAT for a 18 Acre site.

    Bloody hell...that's expensive!!

    Was that for monitoring and a report or just an opinion as to what noise would be generated??

    monitoring, noise contour maps and report. Site was for 300 units along a national primary route.

    I've been asked for an opinion really as opposed to actual monitoring so I guess a letter from a consultant would suffice..

    Any idea what that could cost??
